February Owlcrate

25 Feb

Hello, all.

owlcrate

As promised, I’m posting a quick overview of my latest OwlCrate. This month’s theme was Sci-Fi love! I was beyond excited about the chance to read a great new science fiction novel. The featured book, however, has turned out to be a time travel romance called The Love that Split the World. It’s been a pretty solid read so far, I was just a little disappointed in the selection in regards to the theme. However, the box some tremendously good sci-fi goodies! I received a pink tote bag labeled with the main ship names of the Lunar Chronicles, an adorable wooden Tardis pin, and a gorgeous copy of The Time Machine.

It’s pretty good so far! The best way I can think to describe it is like a teen version of Time Traveler’s Wife meets Native American folklore.
